Bistro Papillote by La Cuisine at The OC Mix at SOCO will take over the previous Seventh Tea Bar space. Chef and owner Laurent Brazier, Executive Chef Instructor of La Cuisine Culinary Arts’ Professional Program, will offer full service breakfast and lunch, including Chef Laurent’s interpretation of quiches, crepes, Croque-Monsieur, and grab-and-go sandwiches and salads. At the open-air crepe bar, guests will be able to watch as delicious, fresh crepes are prepared right in front of them.
Bistro Papillote by La Cuisine will also be available for private events catered by Chef Laurent’s catering company La Cuisine. Chef Laurent will partner with neighboring Portola Coffee Lab to serve coffee and will offer his own tea by Republic of Tea. Bistro Papillote by La Cuisine also plans to serve exclusively French wines expertly curated by Chef Laurent who holds his Advanced Certificate of Wine & Spirit from the London WSET, as well as the level one Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
