“Our main focus is our selection of fresh oysters. We let these guys speak for themselves, as we get them flown in one day out of the water. Most restaurants, after they go through flight and distribution, do not offer oysters until they are 4 days out of the water. By the time we hit 2-3 days, we are out of that intitial batch with new oysters always coming in. We get deliveries 5-6 days out of the week!
In addition to this, we have a delicious New England Clam Chowda’, a classic Cioppino seafood stew, a perfectly melted grilled cheese sandwich, an Oyster Po’ Boy, Tijuana Caesar Salad with some kick to it, Smoked Salmon mixed greens salad, Clams and Chorizo, Fried Oysters, and a $20 Belon Oyster flown in from France and topped with Caviar, Zest, and sea salt!
We also carry a great selection of hard-to-find wines, sparkling wines, craft beer, and pure can sodas.”
In the future, we are thinking about teaching people how to open up oysters and educating them (Shuck U.) and also having to go packs with shucking knives, etc. (Go Shuck Yourself). Stuff like that is on the horizon!
